SCOREBOARD

C.tl, EXPRESS 5 CHISELJIURSTil
There was more clutching 'sand grabbing
during this encounter than a Friday night at
lover's lane. This wasn't pretty folks. Both
teams had a paucity of players (two extras)
and that made for a ponderous, error filled
match.
The &press didn't produce their usual
quicksilver show while Chiselhurst was a
much better -group than the one outscored
11-1 in their• previous two shindigs. C,i•l.,
playing their most lackadasieal effort of the
tern) had still enough leftover pizzazz to
overcome Chiselhurst.
Bobby Nash again led his mates to a victory
by whipping in three scores.
Marc . kabinet and John Cairns each
contributed single markers.
AI Wynja had two for the losers while Dan
( Maloney added a lone. rocket.

Prank Verberne, having fully recovered
from a mysterious illness that kept him
bedridden for a number of days, popped in a

tip in goal, and Brian Murray got the others.

They have toiled welt enough to lead this

goal shooter. The effort is there.
Pauline won three to blank but that doesn't

11ROOMB1TS: It appears Robby Nash and
Cheryl Kruse are headed for league scoring
titles.
This week's quote comes from a Pauline
player who said, "Come on guys. let's turn it
up a bit." Now that may seem harmless
enough but considering it came during the
Panthers -Rats matchup it is tantamount to
urging: the participants hi a turtle race to
"crank it up."
