The return match, between the Goderich
atid Clinton clubs came off on Friday last,
and again resulted in favor a the former
by 12 rune, The absence of Mr. W. H.'
Ransford,who is off to the 014 Country,
made considerable differeuce in the bowl-
ing, and considering that the.tearn have
done no practise, a different result could
hardly be expected. Dunsford, of the
Goderieb team, plaYed a beautiful -innings;
for 26 not out, none of the others making
any great stand, One of the features of
