It has been de ided to bold a conven-
tion of the I,ibe a1 party in Toronto on
Wednesday, November 23rd. The Lib-
eral Assooiation of eaoh riding has been
asked to send d egates, so that the con-
vention may be thoroughly representa-
tive. The plan as the obvious advan-

formerly of Wingham but now a resid-

behalf of the local lodge. Mr. Chap-

Groves and H. B. lliott. Mr. Chap-
man in replying, ex ressed his pleasure
on such an occasion and paid a high
