one of the oldest settlers of Goderich township
in the person of Mr. josoph Sperling, of the

for a considerable period, but the immediate
cause of his death was the bursting of blood

present, he then gave a short, practical, ancl

gether with Mrs. Whittand Mr. Worthington;
rendered re number of excellent choruses,
duets, and bolos. Mr. J. H. Worsell, J. M.
Balantyne, Mr. IVIetealf, and Mr: A. Gordon

all well rendered Votes of thanks were then
