The late Mr. Smith was a native
of Post Huron, Mich., but came Ito
Goderich with his parents hs early
youth. He was engaged for s<nne
time in the tannery, now owned and
oporated bye his brothers, and later
opened out an art ,storse, on East
stirot, which he was conductdfr at
the time of leo sudden death. He
leaves his wife and two children,
Reginald of ,Toronto, and Miss Essie
,at home. Mr. Smith . was a devcn-
ed husband and Lather and a good
citizen. He will be anuch %reseed by
a large dircle of friends.`
