The Eagles outscored the Hawks 5-2 in St.
James Bowling League play, at Starlight
Lanes, November 28, ,
George Love led the Eagles with 324, 291-
791; Marlene Loughnane 243, 217 - 628; Ken
Hunt 205 - 571; and Don Nolan 213 - 565. Dan
Bennewies was high for the Hawks with 223,
229 - 658; Joanne Albin 277, 230 - 641; and
Kevin Loughnane 215 - 545.
The Falcons continue to hold first place
after topping the Blue Jays 5-2. Murray Ben-
newies had games of 246, 241, 311 - 798;
Brian Love 243, 241 - 629; and Rick Fortune
232 - 524. Bert Moss bowled.234 - 575 to lead
the Blue Jays. Karen Hoegy 204-560; Pat
Nolan 202 - 527; and Ken Moran 213 - 518 also
helped with their scores.
The second place Cardinals edged the
Orioles 4-3 in another close match. Sandy
Broadfoot was high for the Cardinals with

Tweens win tough game against Mitchell
The Seaforth Tweens played in Seaforth
on Saturday against Mitchell and this prov-
ed to be one of their tougher games so far
this season.
The Tweens were determined to keep
their winning streak alive and did so in a
close fought game by winning 5-4.
At the end of the first period, Seaforth was
ahead 4-3. No scoring took place in the se-

scored to tie the score. With 1:05 left in the _
game Robyn Carnochan scored unassisted
to give Seaforth the win.
Also scoring in the game were Cheryl
McLlwain, Kim Rau, and Carrie McLlwain
(2). Getting one assist each were Carrie and
Cheryl Mcllwain.
Next weekend the Tweens are entered in a
tournament in Mitchell. Good luck to all.

Ann Wood continues
There were 29 bowlers present When the
Seniors met for regular bowling Friday.
Ann Wood again had a super day, bowling
a high triple of 715. She was followed by
Hazel McGonigle with a 537 and Mary
Finlayson with a 532.
Elmer Dow led the way for the men with a
high triple 608. Art Finlayson scored 601 and
