Dinner guests attended from the Bayfield Lioness Club. Lioness President Georgina Reynolds chaired the meeting. The minutes were passed and reports given. Viola Taylor, Pat Bennett, Betty Bulky and Dorothy Hays at- tended the Pumpkin Brunch on October 30 in Dorchester and informed members the sociability was as much fun as ever. The Club will be selling tickets on a bog of groceries and will be at the Toy Show on December 4. The Lioness and Lions will be entering a float together in the Santa Claus Parade on December 2. Anyone interested in helping please contact the President. Members have been asked to help serve food to the people participating in the parade, and helpers are needed. On Tuesday, December 20, the Christmas Dinner and Party is to be held at St" Thomas Parish Hall. The meal is being catered to by the A.C.W. Ladies, and will commence at 6:30 pm. Members are invited to bring a spouse and/or friend. The Lions and their wives have had an invitation extended to them to join the festivities. A gift exchange will take place - one for the men and one for the women. Anyone interested in attending please contact Colleen Lindemann before December 12 for tickets.
