plant at Sault Ste, Marie should be

Ontario, have been complied with, -
and that all conditions precedent to
the delivery of the Government
guarantee referred to in the said sec-
tion 7 of the said act have been per-.

certaining that every provision of

expressed a willingness to accept
first mortgage bonds as security will

$1,000,000 left for working capital,
