VICTORIAN INTERIOR - Inside Jim Dalrymple's home has something of a Victorian
character, and he has filled it with antiques he has begun collecting such as this parlor
stove, wardrobe, parlor table, carpet and hanging lamp. Although it can not be seen in
this photo, the cathedral ceiling is 15 feet above the floor and contains four arches
which help it appear lower. Corbett photo.
THIS LOG HOME in Egmondville was built by Jim Dalrymple, who
used the logs from an 1830's home taken from the Guelph area,
and the stone from a burned house near Seaforth. He has been
building the house for the past eight years in his spare time and
has it completed enough that he is able to live there. Corbett

THE STONE CHIMNEY on Jim Dalrymple's home was built by the local handyman
himself using scaffold and ohainfalls. It is five and a half feet wide and 26 feet high. Cor- •
