There ate Zone Share -the -wealth tickets
in the Branch and also some of the members
have some to sell. This is just a reminder
that tickets or the money from them should
be turned 'in next month or as soon as
possible.
One other point I forgot, to mention last
week was the Seaforth Legion won the
trophy in the Zone Golf Tournament. Con-
gratulations Comrades.

Tuckersmith Township seeks motor grader tenders
The Township of Tuckersmith council has
invited tenders for a motor grader. The cur-
rent grader is a 1966 model and is ripe for
replacement.
The type of grader being sought by the
township is a Class 6 or 7 grader with a bull
dozer blade, wing plow, and one way plow
equipment with options of an eliminator,
Michelin 17.5 x 25 x 12 ply tires and air condi-
tioning. The tender is invited with and
without a trade-in allowance.
In other council business at this month's
meeting a tender was accepted from Robert
Nicholson Construction Company Limited.
Sebringville, for construction on the Mit- The following accounts' were approved for

Other tenders received for the work were
from Dennis Wilhelm Excavating Limited
of Sebringville for $33,714.50 for the
Buchanan drainage works, and $89,255 for
the Mitchell works; B M Clark Con-
struction of St. Pauls for $33,057 for the
Buchanan and $58,553 for the Mitchell; and
from McKenzie and Henderson Limited of
Arkona for $26,735 for the Buchanan and
$35,962 for the Mitchell drainage works.

$256,896.77 and general $74,610.64 for a total
of $376,603.11 .
Cheques issued since the last meeting
were confirmed in the amount of $50,058.89.
The council reviewed the 1988 proposed
budget, and following the next regular
meeting of council and the passing of the
budget details of the budget will be
available to the public.
