BACK IN TIME - Students from Celeste McCreight's Grade 5-6
class at St. James Separate School in Seaforth, culminated their
lessons on the 1600s last week, with a trip to the Van Egmond
House. In keeping with the theme of their studies students dress-
ed as they might have in those 'days of yore'. Seen here in front of

attended the recent streetscape meeting
and then met following it in the Town Hall.
Delys Finnegan and Betty MacLean will
be attending the Ontario Horticulture Con-
vention at Carleton University, Ottawa as
the society's delegates.
The next meeting will be held at the school
on September 14 and will be a dessert
meeting. The speaker will be Fred Prescott
of the Royal Botanical Gardens and the
topic will be "What's Wrong With My
Houseplant?"
