flowers, I received while in Clinton Hospital.
Thanks to Dr. Harrett, Dr. Baker, and first
floor nursing staff. Also to Dr. Sales, Dr. Hum-
ble, Dr. Wilson, and nursing staff on 4th floor,
St. Joseph's Hospital, London, during my stay
there, thanks to the physiotherapist of both
