At the recent annual Awards Ceremonies at
Georgian College in Owen Sound, Jennifer
Stryker received the Charles H. Ivey
Foundation Award. She is a Nursing
Assistant student and lives in Seaforth.

root systems are shallow.
When dry weather arrives, shallow roots cannot supply enough water to the
