DORA SHOHBROOK 523-4250 On Sunday morning, Blyth Trinity Angli- can Church met for a joint service. Clara Riley and Murray Howatt greeted all and ushers were John Cartwright, Russell Nesbitt, Garry Wilts and David Whyte. Service was conductedby Colin Swan and Rev. Robin Lyon. Next Sunday, church is at 10:45 for awards Sunday. A farewell party and dance for Swans is on June 30 at 8 p.m. The anniversary committee is looking for pictures of all former ministers. Please contact Laura Scott. The anthem was sung by the CGITs and Explorers accompanied by Lisa Duizer. The Londesboro Burns and Kinburn cemeteries memorial service was held at 2 p.m. at the church. Due to weather conditions, not too many attended. The pianist was Mrs. Don McNall. A piano recital was presented by pupils of Gail Lear on Thursday June 14 at 8:15 p,nt Guests were welcomed by Laura Lyon and Edythe Beacom. A large number of parents and friends attended and 34 pupils partici- pated. Piano solos were by Matthew Hunter, Jennifer Hunter, Kerri Kennedy, Ansley Simpson, Leanne Simpson, Crystal' Whyte, Brian Whyte, Schadmann Perry, Amy Batman, Heather Bishop, Jennifer Sottiaux, Yvonne Raidt, Shannon Duizer, Theresa Overboe, Rick Howson, Julie Howson, Lori Livermore, Lisa Duizer, Glenna Buffinaa, nine'Dtifenga, Beth Ward, Todd Chadwick &it4 Stuckey, Robt. Lear. A Step dance number was done by Kelly Bosman, a ballet number by Amy Bateman and..a violin number was done by Jennifer Nott which were enjoyed by all. Duets were also'done by Marjorie Hayter and Gail Lear, Janine and, Glenna Buffunga, Marsha Susi and Gait.Lear, Lisa Duizer and Gail Lear. Organ and piano vocal solos were dope by Lisa Bosman accompanied by her mother. The offering will be used for music projects in this church.
