NOTICE OF APPLICATION to the Ontario Municipal Board by The
Corporation of the Town of Seaforth for approval of a by-law to designate
NI area within the Town of Seaforth as a heritage conservation district
pursuant to Section 41 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter
337.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Seaforth
has applied to the Ontario Municipal Board pursuant to the provisions of Section
41 of the Ontario Heritage Act for approval of By-law Number 8 as amended by
By-law Number 12 passed on the 13th day of March, 1984 and the 10th day of
April, 1984, respectively. A map showing the lands affected is attached to this
notice and a copy of the by-law may be obtained at the Clerk's office.
ANY PERSON INTERESTED MAY, within twenty-one (21) days after the
date of this notice, send by registered mail or deliver personally to the clerk of
the Town of Seaforth notice of objection to approval of the said by-law or part
thereof giving details of all or the portion of the by-law to which you object and
detailed reasons therefore, and shall indicate that the objector or an agent will
attend at the hearing to support the objection.
