SPS students enjoy French folk singer
Bill Russell was a native boy born in
Louisiana. He enjoys a good old folk song. He
speaks French and sings in French. He is
really good with students.
The kids might not know what he is saying
but they still enjoy him. He is also funny. He
also plays a lot of instruments.
Mr. Russell visited Seaforth Public School
last week.

FIRE! FiRE!
Thanks to quick action by several students
and teachers, Seafoi:fft Public School was
saved from a major disaster last week.
Fire/ Fire! Schools on fire!
On Friday, •Apr. 27, someone had turned on
the kitchen stove when it had papers resting
on the elements.
Tracy Bosman first to notice told the milk
sellers Debbie C. and Steven D. who brought
Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Riley on the scene
soaking it with water and smothering it with
blankets.
Later on'7K saw their teacher Mr. Kemp,
vice-principal, walking into their classroom
looking a bit depressed carrying a pile of
burnt up soaking wet papers - a souvenir from
the fire. So Seaforth Public School was saved
much to the dismay of the students.

DAIRY PRINCESS VISITS SPS
On Wednesday, May 2 the Huron County
Dairy Princess, Muriel Huth visited Seaforth
and 'Walton Public Schools. She talked about
the dairy business, milk and nutrition. Charts
and films were used to emphasize milk.
Everyone certainly agreed that the judges
picked a superb dairy princess for 1983-84.

MORE GRAVEL! OR STONES?
BY SHERRY HOEGY
Here at Seaforth Public School, we have
KIDS
gotten Pee Gravel. Mr.,Jewitt for one, likes
the Pee stones because they don't trail into
the school, as the mud and sand.
Pee stones are safe, as it doesn't pack and
it gives more when you jump on it. Pee stones
also fill in mud holes. \.

Too Much
In these inflationary times an increased
deductible on collision coverage might be easier
to bear than the high monthly cost of a low
deductible. If your car is older you might be
wise to eliminate collision coverage altogether:
Then there are alien extra savings with multiple
car discounts.
To find out where you stand talk to one
of the LBAO, insurance brokers listed below.
Is them a difference between and I.S.A.O.
broker and attl agent?
Yes there is. An agent works directly for one
insurance company. An I-B.AO. broker is
independent and unbiased.
Your broker is able to choose a policy
that gives you the right coverage at the
right price...making sure you're not under-
insured or over -insured and that your interests
are well represented when you come to
making a claim.
So cat( your broker and ask if he
or she is a member of the I.BAO.
