The Brussels_ Stockyards Bonspiel was
held at"' the Brussels, Morris and Grey
Community Centre on Monday, Jan. 23 with
80 curler particlpating; '.
Bruce McCall presented the prizes to the
first niece winners of the '9 o'clock draw,
with Sze pints. Cam Bogie and his team
from Goderich.
Second _.place with 40' points went to
Grant McDonald and rink of Ripley.
In third place with 39 pdints was Doug
Mitchell and his team from Hanover.
Fourth place with 37- was Ross Engel
and team from Monkton.

Mrs., William Coultes introduced the
uest speaker Rev. Cheryl Ann Stadelbauer-
Sampe, Eginiondville United Church. She
showed slides and spoke of her experience
in Zambia where she, met her husband who
is now attending Guelph University.
Zambia has a large copper vein and is a
butterfly shape country surrounded by land
in Africa. Homes are crowded, clothes are
not adequate and nutrition is poor.
