Brussels Public School Christmas concert.
Students presented the Musical production
for parents and friends on Tuesday night.
Main characters in the cast, from the left,

Punjab; Kim Duskocy, Grace Farrell; Jason

BY THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF SEAFORTH
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporal Mn of the Town of Seaforth passed
By-law No. 52-1984 on the 1 lth day of December. 1984, under Section 34 of The
Planning Act, 1983.
And take notice that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Municipal
Board in respect of the by-law by filing with the Clerk tf the Town of Seaforth, not
later than the 16th day of Januat(y, 1985, a notice if appeal setting out the
objection to the by-law and the rei5ons in support of t c objeecttiioo \ `'
An explanation of the purpose andeffect of the by-law, desertin'b g the lands to
which the by-law applies, and Key Map showing the location of the lands to which
the by-law applies is provided below, The complete by-law is available for
inspection at my office during regular office hours.

The explanation and purpose of this by-law is to rcgu-late the use of lands and the
character, location. and use of buildings and structures, and to prohibit certain
buildings and structures in various defined areas of the Town of Seaforth. The
zoning by-law implements the Town of Seaforth Official Plan and provides for
specific land use regulations to ensure that the policies of the Official Plan are
realized. A summary of the contents of the by-law arc as follows:
Sections 1-4 - presents the title, definitions (meaning of terns used in the by-law)
and administration of the by-law,
Sections 5-6 - General Zone Provisions • This section applies to all lands in the
Town of Seaforth. It deals with such issues as noncomplying uses.
non -conforming uses. parking requirements. planting strips. etc
Sections - through 21 • Land Cse Zones • present the annus land use zones. 1t is
in these sections that the various uses of land arc gis cn and the arious provisions
governing the use of land are presented.
Schedule "A" . The schedule consists of an index map and numerous detailed key
maps which cover the entire Town. On these ko. maps are found the land use
zones which correspond to Sections .. through 21 of the text of the by-law,
