The zoning by-law implements the Town of Seaforth Official Plan and provides for specific land use regulations to ensure that the policies of the Official Plan are realized. A summary of the contents of the by -la:‘ arc as follows: Sections 1-4 • presents the title. definitions (meaning of terns used in the by-law) and administration of the by-law. Sections 5-6 • General Zone Provisions - This sciuon applies to all lands in the Town of Seaforth. It deals with such issues as numcomptying uses. non -conforming uses, parking requirements, planting strips. etc'. Sectionsthrough 21 • Land Use Zones • present the i,arous land use zones. it is in these sections that the various uses of land are go en and the various provisions governing the use of land arc presented. Schedule "A" - Thescheduleconsistsof an indos map aoc1 numerous detailed key maps which cover the entire Town. On these kcs maps arc found the land use tones which correspond to Sections' through 21 of the text of the hy•law. This by-law applies to all lands within the Corporation nl the Town of Seaforth as shown nn the map below.
