was given as paished in these columns
last week, with he addition of a well
rendered violin solo by little Myrtle
Mclvor of Tee water. The solos by
Mies Griffin, M' s Chisholm and I•', Hill,
were rendered i. good style, and Miss
Dinsley ably prsided at the piano. The
music of the b: d was much appreciat-
ed, and many f vorable comments were
heard thereon. J. W. Duncan, the
leader, pleased the audience with a
cornet solo. T e band is a creditable
institution, and s doing well under the
leadership of M Duncan,who is aninsi-

their concert o Friday night is very
encouraging, an it is hoped that their
concerts yet to b. given will be equally
as liberally patro ized, If they are,'the
band boys will ave no difficulty in
