EXEL — GASCHO
Elizabeth, daughter of Mrs. Joan Exel of
Brussels and the late Hank Exel and Brian
Gascho, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gaseho,
of Mitlbank,were married July 14 at Melville
Presbyterian Church, Brussels, The bride
was escorted down the aisle by her eldest
brother, John Exel, of Brussels, Mrs. Carolyn
Lotz, friend of .the bride, was matron of
honour, Bridesmaids were Cathy Wettlaufer,
friend of the bride and Mrs. Janine Exel,
sister-in-law of the bride. The bride's niece
Sarah Exel was flower girl, Michael Gascho,
brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers
were Don Gascho, brother of the groom, and
Paul Dunbar, friend of the groom. The
bride's nephew, Andrew Exel, was ringbear-
er. A reception was held at the Brussels
Community Centre. The couple now reside in
Milverton.
BROMMER — CLOAKEY
:Sandra Heather Cloakey, of RR4 Brussels,
daughter of Ivy Cloakey and the late Stewart
Cloakey and Peter Catze Brommer, of
Westfield, son of Sylvia and Peter Broninter,
of Westfield were married July 28 at the
Westfield Country Church with Rev. Ken-
neth Bauman, of Blyth officiating. Maid of
honor was Brenda Gordon, of RR2 Blyth and
bridesmaids were Sharon Bondi, of RR4
Brussels. Julie Cloakey was flowergirl.
Groomsman was Joe Phelan, of RR2 Blyth
and ushers were Perry Brower. of RR1
Westfield and Doug Cloake'. The reception
was held at the Wingham Legion. After a
wedding trip to Chatham, the couple will

CLEARY — BLUMSON
Patricia Beverly Blumson. daughter of
George and Nancy Blumson of London. and
Kevin John Cleary, son of Jack and Mark '
Cleary of London, were married July 14 at St.
Pius X Church. London. The reception was
held at The Paddock Lounge. After a
honeymoon in Quebec, Patti and Kevin
moved into their new home in London.
HULLEY — INNESS
Laurie Inness, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
John Elliott. of Mitchell and William Hulley,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Hulley, of RR2
Staffa were married Jufie 29'at the Cromarty
Presbyterian Church with Rev. K. Knight
officiating. Maid of honor was Kim Clarke, of
Mitchell and bridesmaids were Jennifer
Stark, of Southampton and Kathy Hulley. of
RR2 Staffa. Steve Pinder, of Mitchell was
groomsman and Pete Laing, of Exeter and
Mark McKellar, of Mitchell were ushers.
Joanne Wallace was soloist and organist was
Carol Ann Scott. The reception was held at
the Mitchell and District Community Centre.

McCUTCHEON — BLAKE
Michelle McCutcheon, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Jack McCutcheon, Brussels. and
Bruce Blake, son of Mr. and Mrs, George
Blake, RRH2 Brussels,°were married July 20
at St. John's Anglican Church in Brussels.
Rev. Robin Lyons and Father Stan Soltysik
officiated. Jill McCutcheon. sister of the
bride, was the maid of honour. Bridesmaids
included Lon McCutcheon. sister of the
bride. Leanne Ouipp. friend of the bride, grid
Julie Blake. sister of the groom. Best man
was Paul Ryan, friend of the groom. Ushers
included Bob Blake and Phil Blake. brothers
of the groom and Mike Blake, cousin of the
groom. Organist was Anne Campbell of
Wingham and the soloist was Julie McCall.
Brussels. A reception followed in the B.M. &
G Community Centre. Mr. and Mrs. Blake
are residing at R.R. #2 Brussels.

HEENAN — RYAN
Mary Lou Ryan. daughter of Frank and
Doris Ryan. of Seaforth, and Frank Heenan,
son of the late James and Rita Heenan, of
Granton were married in a double ring
ceremony on July 21 at St. James Roman
Catholic Church with Father .1.C, Caruana
officiating. Maid of honor was Maureen Ryan
and bridesmaids were Ann Heenan and
Elaine Ryan. Best man was Peter Reshke and
ushers were Allan Rvan and Pat Heenan.
After a honeymoon in the Maritimes, the
couple will reside at RR3 Granton.

WYATd' — ANDERSON
Richard Brian Wyatt and Catherine Ander-
son were married on July 28 in the
Holmesville United Church. The groom is
the son of -the late Mr. John D. Wyatt and
Mrs. Jean Wyatt of RR2 Clinton and the
bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur
Anderson of RR1 Seaforth, Rev. James
Bechtel officiated at the ceremony. Matron
of honor was Cathy Boon of Brucefield.
Bridesmaids were Mary Anderson, cousin of
the bride and -Mary -Lynn Glew of Seaforth.
The groomsman was Bryan Riddell of
Holmesville. Ushers were Bill Anderson,
brother of the bride of RR1 Seaforth and
John Wyatt, brother of the groom of
Belgrave, The flower girl was Jessica Wyatt

Bn of Brucefiefd. Following a rieception at
the `White Carnation in Holm Ville, the
couple took a wedding trip to Northern
Ontario. The couple is now residing at 79
King St. Clinton.
Manor residents on safari
Forty residents of the Seaforth Health Care
Facility enjoyed a bus trip to African Lion
Safari on Wednesday.
They drove around the Avon River in
Stratford to see the swans, paddle -boats,
canoes and ducks on their way to the Safari.
They also enjoyed the ride seeing the
different animals, especially the monkeys
that climbed the bus.
Accompanying the, residents were Cheryl
Campbell, Laverne Nigh and Ruth Nolan. A
special thanks to bus driver Edison McLean,„,
Bingo winners for the week were . big
winner Alfie Sykes, Elmer Bakcsy, Carol
Geddes, Norma Streets, Nelson Hall,
Marguerite Shiell, and Pat Ryan.
Resident euchre was played on Friday with
high man being Pat Ryan, high lady, Penny
Caza and most lone hands. Alfie Sykes.
We' welcome new resident Eva Netzke,
who joins her husband now living here.
Mr. and Mrs. Ken Connolly of Neustedt.
and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Jordan of Mitchell
visited with Bill Connolly and other residents.
Margaret Habkirk of Toronto visited Mr.
and Mrs. Robert McClure.
Isobel Scott visited her husband Bill.
Gladys Ruston was out for a drive with her
husband.
Jim Nolan was visited by his wife Mary
Nolan.
Jack Moore went out with his family.
Helen Lama and Stuart Ruelle from
Michigan •visited Norma Streets.
Mr. and' Mrs. Dave Netzke had their
granddaughter Barbara' Pigg and children
from Goderich in to visit.
OScar Noll from Palmerston took his wife
Ruth home for the weekend.
