Participants from all of Huron County will
display their doll making, weaving, music
boxes, wood carving, shingle and furniture
making in and around the grounds of the
Huron County Pioneer Museum in doder)ch
the weekend of Aug. 11 and 12 from 11 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
The ladies of the IODE association will be
selling box lunches, and there will be games
for the children.
At 3 p.m. a number of local politicians,
including Goderich Mayor, Eileen Palmer
and Warden of the County, Tom Cunning-
ham will open the Craft Festival and
welcome everyone to the museum.
Some of the staff at the museum will show
the candle -making and rope -making that is
always part of the school tours.
Local participants will include: Jim
Remington (wood ducks), George Griffiths
(knitting, machines), Blanche Kerr,"(quilt-
ing), Mrs. Ray Scotchme? (rug hooking),
Gerry Zurbrigg (weaving), Jean llanly (doll
making) Lu Legg (a display of Tom
Pritchard's paintings and the original way to
use oils), and a Wingham wood turner, Ray
Hanna who has made a bowl from wood that
was a tree on the museum grounds.

answers to the "What is it?" .contest.

O'REILLY: Gerry and Nancy are very proud

Meaghar. MaryLou, born July 23 at Victoria
Hospital, London, weighing 9 lb. 61 oz.
Meaghan is welcomed at home by Debbie,
Sean and Brian. Proud grandparents are
Eldon and Marion Hulley of Seaforth and
Lou and Patricia O'Reilly of Seaforth.
WHYTE: Bill and Regi Whyte are pleased to
announce the safe arrival of their daughter,
Maria Nicole, 9 lbs. 11 oz. at Stratford
General Hospital on Aug. 2. Proud grand-
parents are Margaret Bell Whyte and Theo

DOIG: Paul and Vickie Doig (nee Harris) of
Palmerston welcome with love a beautiful
baby girl, Rebecca Rose, 7 lbs. 7 oz, born
July 31 at Listowel Memorial Hospital.

Mitchel Seaforth Cable TV Decision
CRTC 84-593 Mitchell and Seaforth,
Ont. Pursuant to public notice CRTC
1984.118 dated 17 May 1984, the
Commission denies the application to
amend the licence for the broadcasting
receiving undertaking serving Mitchell
and Seaforth b+ t wreasing the maxi-
mum monthly subscriber fee from
$11 00 to $11.65. effective on the date of
the decision, and to S12.25 one year

projections and on the criteria for
assessing rate applications initially
