BY MABEL TURNBULL
Summer must be nearby even though we
have had plenty of cold weather because the
rose, the queen of flowers is in bloom,
Albert Whitney called with two beautiful
buds, a deep red and white which made a
suitable contrast in a bouquet, 1 have them
close by where I can gaze upon them.
Growing roses does something for a man. It
develops his thoughtfulness for those who are
confined and handicapped. Thanks for
remembering Ab.
