If I could give anything at Christmas what
would it be? W ell I guess it depends on the
person. May be he or she is rich, it would kind
of 'hard but you could always give kindness
whether rich or middle class or poor.
Kindness is always nice. Sure money is too,
but utter awhile you spend it and then you
have nothing left. But kindness is forever.

If I could give someone anything for
Christmas it would be sight for.someone who
is blind ora gift to walk if someone has been
paralyzed all his life or most of his life. Our
neighbor and close friend is a mother who has
M S. If someone could cure her that would be
a good gift. But I really would like to help my
morn, My mom has diabetes and one gift I
sure would like to do is to cure my mother so
she doesn't have to take a needle. I think to
help someone by curing them sure is a better
gift than toys or clothes etc.

• If I could give anybody something for
Christmas it would he clothes. I think that
clothes are important to our body. We need to
keep warm. Another thing that (would give is
food f think that everybody needs some kind
of loud into them each and every day. 1 don't
think that people should have to starve. One
• and final thing I would give is a good warm
house A warm house is important because
everybody would have to sleep out on street
benches if we didn't have homes.

If I had the strength or power to give
anyone anything for Christmas I would give it
to Teddy. Sometimes as we drove up to my
granas she would come and meet us at the
car door. She would try to jump up on us but
even if she did I still love her, even if she did
knock me down One time we went down to
gramas she had two little footballs and a
soccer hall We went outside and played for
awhile Another time we were down, Teddy
didn't meet us I went inside and asked
grama where she was. Gram didn't know
where she was W hen I finally found her she
was laying on the back steps. When she saw
me she jumped up. I played with her for
awhile then I went inside Grama was talking
about Teddy having a problem with her
kidneys I cryed a lot that day. Then the
following Sunday we went to Grama's but
there was rio sign of Teddy Teddy had died. I
was so sad So if I could give anyone anything
for Christmas I would give it to Teddy and it
would he the gift of life Because I loved
Teddy

A CHRISTMAS WISH
BY NOELLE BEAVER

I guess you could wish for a lot of things on
Christmas, like tower prices on toys and other
Christmas goodies. But if that happened just
think of how much more commercialized
Christmas would become. Instead we should
he wishing (or peace and happiness every-
where. Especially where in some countries
people don't have enough money to cloth and
feed their families, let alone buy expensive
Christmas gifts Just think when you are
opening up all of your brightly colored
packages a child somewhere would be
thrilled to have just one small gift on
Christmas morn

If I had one wish I would like my mom to get
her sight back in her right eye. It started
about two years ago when my mom thought
she had a cold but turned out to be what they
think is a virus. They decided to keep her for a
week and run tests on her. It was right about
then she lost sight in her right eye. Along
with this she had bad headaches, earaches
and what all. Finally the doctors decided she
could come home. At this time she still had a
blind eye and headaches from time to time.
The first few months she was fine and then
her other eye started bothering her but just
seemed to pass over and that's why now I
would give her that gift.
We wish to extend to you our best
wishes for a healthy, happy Christmas
Season and a Joyous New Year.

A CHRISTMAS W ISH

If I had one wish at Christmas I would wish
that all the countries throughout the world
would learn to get along and respect each
other One way of doing this would to have all
the countries in the world reduce their
nuclear arms so they have almost none. If all
the countries got along we wouldn't need
nuclear arms anyway. They should learn to
speak all kinds of languages so we could
communicate much better. All countries
i should treat people the same, regardless of
what color they are. If all these things are
done we would all be happy and the countries
all over the world would be safe

. If I had one wish at Christmas it would be
that alt over the world there would be
happiness. There would no longer be people
starving, as they are in Ethiopia, terrorism,
bombs being made that could destroy the
entire world or wars. I feel that to have peace,
everyone has to co-operate Some people may
not feel the same way as 1 do, but this would
be my Christmas wish It may take awhile but
I hopemy wish comes true
