BY GORDON SCOTT, PRO

Ladies Auxiliary with four banquets last week
and another four booked this week. If anyone
has any time to spare, just give the Ladies
President Thelma a ring and she'll have
something for you to do. The Ladies are to be
commended on the hours they work and the
quality of the food that is served. Members of
the Legion should take a good look at the
example they set. Maybe some of, their
dedication might rub off and Legion members
could be better members for it.
Larry Broome has informed the Legion
prizes for. the euchres coming up before
Christmas will be turkeys. The men's euchre
this Wednesday (tonight) will. start at 8 p.m.
as usual. Try to bring a partner although
Larry might be able to pair up members that
night. There is a list on the bulletin board to
sign your name on for the mixed euchre the
