Kaisten Carroll scored the only goal assisted by Paul McElwain. in the second ganle Seaforth played Peterborough and won. 7-2. Scoring in this game were Brent Vanden- Akker with a hat inck, Ray Murray with two, and Paul McElwain and Jason Schoorrder- woer(i with one apiece, 'Drawing assists were - Ray Murray with three and Jason Schoonder- woerd and Brent Vanden Akker with two. In the third game .Seaforth met up with Shelburne and won 4-2 in a closer 'played game. At the end of the second period Seaforth was leading 3-1. Shelburne scored.at the halfway mark of the third' period to tighten the score 3-2. Jeff Gemmell added the insurance goal for Seaforth one minute later to end the game 4 2. Scoring the other Seaforth goals were Brad Schroeder, Jason Papple and Brian Cook In the final game tor the B consolation Seaforth played Flesherton At the end of the first period the score was 3-2 tar Seaforth. Both teams were scoreless in the second. and in the third Seaforth started off the scoring with two qui(k,goaln followed by a goal from Flesherton. Seaforth hung on to their twr goal lead with three minutes left in the gam to win the title Scoring in this game wer: Brent Vanden Akker and Ray Murray with two each and Karsten Carroll getting one. Assists went to Jason Papple. ALLSTAR GAME will be held at the Lucan Arena on Saturday, January 11, 1986. Game time is 7 p, m. This is a chance to support the local boys and watch some good exciting hockey.
