Mr. S.G. McCaughey was appointed president; Mr. LE. Dancey, secretary and Mr. Wm. Moore, treasurer. It was decided to have a debate and reading, each alternate Tuesday evening. Mr. A.W. Thompson, of Port Arthur, a former Seaforth boy, has been appointed Police Magistrate for that town. Rev. T.B. Taylor, formerly of Hayfield, and well-known throughout the county, is now stationed as assistant minister at Clontarf, County Dublin, Ireland. Mike Maloney and 'Roy McQuaid have returned to the St. Columban area, from the Western provinces.
