Those areas that are "closed" to hunting include the following: Falls Reserve Conser-, vation Area, Colborne Township; Naftels Creek Conservation Area, Godericti Town- ship; Wawanosh Valley Conservation Area, East Wawanosh Township; Galbraith Con- servation Area, Mornington Township: Maple Keys Sugar Bush, Grey Township (from Feb. 15 -Apr. 151. All other Conservation Authority owned and managed properties remain open to hunting, pending individual Municipal By- laws. KEN R. Mrs. Marks closed the devotions with prayer and Phyllis Mitchell gave the topic. Business was conducted by Viola Kirkby, who also read a poem, Minutes were read by Audrey Hackwell, along with thank you cards. Offering was received and dedicated. The treasurer, Leona McDonald gave her report. Information was brought from the general meeting of a week ago. On September 23 the supper committee is WALTON to meet at the church at 7 p.m. Copper Contest money i s to come in at the November meeting. CORRECTION In last week's issue it was stated the W orkmans won in the W I draw. It is the Walton Area Sports Club monthly draw; these draws will be made the first of every month' for a year.
