Yep, I attended my very first Super Bowl Party on Sunday evening. Thanks to our gracious hosts the food was amazing and plentiful and the company a lot of fun. Those in attendance possessed various levels of football knowledge from die-hard fans; one fellow even brought his own Patriots camp chair, to those who asked where the nets were? (I'm pretty sure they were kidding). However, by the end of the fourth quarter everyone was actually watching the game. Even those folks that were there just for the half time show looked up from their phones. After all who doesn't love it when the underdog wins? Well, maybe the guy with the Patriots camp chair. — Melody Ideas and contributions to the Bayfield Breeze are always welcome.
