—Mr. Thos. Lind, of East Wawanosh,
is a patient in the hospital at present.

grocery business to Mre. Griedale, who
will take possession on the 1st of March.

—Mr Richard A Chapman of Toronto
was killed near Macon, Sask. on Satur-
day by a rotary snowplow on the Min-
neapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie
Railroad. Deceased was 40 years of age
and was a brother of Mr. W. E. Chap-
man of this town.
Three of tbe ballots counted for

missing, end Judge Wiemer will hold
an investigation.
