1. The bum of $t500.00 shall be expended by
the Town of Wingbam in the construction of
a bridge over the North Branch of the River
Maitland, on Water street in the said town.
2. For the purpose of raising the said sum
of $1500.00, debentures of the said town to the
said amount shall be issued in sums of not lees
than $100.00 each. on the first day of March,
A. D. 1906, each of which debentures shall be
dated on the day of the issue thereof. and
shall be payable within twelve years there-
after at the office of the Treasurer for the
time being of the said Town of Winggham..
3. Each of said debentures shall be signed
by the Mayor of the said Town or by some
other person authorized by By-law to sign the
same, and by the Treasurer of the said Town,
and the Clerk of the said Town shall attach
thereto the Corporate Seal of the Munici-
pality.
4.. Said debentures shall bear interest at
the rate of four and one-half per cent. per an-
num, payable annually at the office of the
said Treasurer, on the 31st day of December
in each and every year during the currency
thereof, except the last year of the currency
of said debentures, in which case the interest
shall be payable at the time the debentures
are made payable.
5. During the currency of the said deben-
tures or any of them, there shall be raised an-
nually by special rate on all the rateable pro-
perty of the said Town of Wingbam the sum
Of $$67 50, for the payment of interest on said
debentures, and the sum of 93.50 for the
purpose of creating a sinking fund for the

6. This By-law shall take effect on the
eighth day of January, A. D. 1906.
7. The votes of the electors of the said
Town of Winghan shall be taken on this By-
