Wednesday SPECIAL, To the Electors of Wingham: Ladies and Gentlemen: I respectfully solicit your vote and in- tluence to re-elect me Reeve, of Wingham for 1922. The putting down of perman- ent roads in Winheam has been fairly well started this year, but there is still a couple of streets which the ratepayers have re- quested and when the last year's mayor .and councillors have been re-elected by acclamation to finish this work why should there be a fight for the reeveship when that position is the nest important for the carrying out of this work? What man of us would let an old and tried serv- ant go when he had a big job on hishands, simply to,give a new man a chance to work for him?
