County that will even begin to equal that
now on viewin our show room. It is a dis-
play that would bring no discredit to any City
store, and one that makes firmer than ever
our position as the leading .Milliners estab-
lishment in Huron. New lines have arrived
to take the place of the many sold out since
the opening. As quickly as novelties appear
in the large centres, we show tbem, and
whenever you come you will be sure to see
something new here. Extra, help has been se-
cured this week and we hope to be able to
keep up with our orders, and turn all out
promptly.

Rev. Mr. McNeil; under whose minis-
trations St. Andrew's church, Bay-
field, is thriving so well, was among
the clergymen' in town on Tuesday
attending the meeting of the . Pres-
bytery of Huron;
the prairies.
Mr. tack Kennedy of Goderich was in
town the other day. He is an appli-
cant for the Clinton postoffice and
it is believed by his friends that he
stands a good chance of winning the
prize.
Mr. W. C. Cooper of Winnipeg, Man.,
has returned to town and is the
guest of his mother, Mrs. W. Coop-
er. It is two and a half years since
his previous visit in all he has
been in the West for several years
and is Well entitled to the month's
vacation which he now intends tak-
ing. His many old friends are much
pleased at having this opportunity
of meeting hint again.
