of cattle, 122 sheep and lambe,725 hogs and
130 calves, Prices are still high and are
fairly well Maintained Up, to last week's
quotation% especially for choice wade.
The export businees wee not Ho motive today
no Outside buyers being on the market, and
the twat export dealers seemed to be well
supplied. The -local butcher trade was
slower than it has been lately, but at the
close of the market everythingwas eoldout.
Hogs advanced a quarter and are strong at
$6.75 for the best and $6.50 for light /ate.

lamb% but prices were steady.. ,
