morning, but the heavy. receipts caused the 1
Price to fall off a little, The receipts were
80 loads, which included 1,546 cattle, 408
Sheep and lambs, 667 hogs' and 72' calves,
Faxport Cattle were in good demand, but
the offerings were so heavy that the price
fell off. about 5o per owt. Gbotoe export,
its sold at $4,40 to $5.60 and medium ones
at 03,50 to 04,40. per owt. 13utobera' Cat,,,
tie were steady, selling well and .being,. -in_ ..
good demand. Pinked, lots for txpott
brought 64,70 to $4,90 per cwt, oboioe ogee
$8,60 to $4,50 per owtr and .common to
fair ones sold at $3,35`to 53,50 per owt.
Feeders and Stockers were steady, 'Belling•
at $3,50 to $4:00 per awt for ehort-keep
feeders and 08 to 53 50 per owt for heavy
stookers.: Sheep were steady, being in
good demand and selling at $3,50 to 53,76
per cwlfor export . ewes. Lambe were
steady but dull, selling at 94 to $5 per cwt.
Calves were steady, Felling et $2 to $10
