Mrs. George Henry, one of the early
settlers of East Wasvaliosh, breathed
her last on Saturday aged • sixty-three
• years. She was born in 1886 married
to Mr. George Heney, who survives
her, in 1857, and two years litter they
took up a bush lot in , Wawanosh and
in the intervening years won the
respect and esteem of all with whom
they came in contact. To them were
born five Sons: Dr. James Henry of
Dutton, Day,id of Spokane, Waslaing-
ton, Fountain of .Montana, Herbert
and Wellington at, home ; and ilve
daughters, .Mrs. E. "McDowell, East.
WaWanosh, Mrs, Amos Challenger,
Goderich township, Mrs, M. Clemens,
Respeler, Mrs. 3. L. Stonehouse,
Beigrave, and Ida at home. The
funeral took place on. Monday to the
Westfield Methodist church where a
memorial sermon was preached by
• Rev. Jolan Kennedy after which the
interment took place in the Westeield
cemetery. The pallbearers were three
.sons,' James, Herbert and Wellington,
• and three sons-in-law, A. Challenger,
E. McDowell andJ. L. Stonehouse,

sumptuous wedding feast.
The health of the young couple was
"toasted" in the usual jocular warmer.
The remainder of the evening was
spent in music, games, etc., while the
programme was ranch enlivened by the
