Spring MillthetY,
The spring millinery openings started
on Thursday of last week, and 'continued
the following days. A large number of
ladies took advantage of the opportunity to
see the pretty headgear displayed this
season. The milliners and their assistants
have been working day and night, and their
efforts have been suoceseful, as the refiring

At Nowoombe's the creations are most

deal ot credit for their exhibit; they were
very, obliging'and courteous, and gave their
hi:mired° of callers the best of ettenticiii.
Ilodgensl3rose display attracted orowes•
of ladies from town and country. The
beautiful and fashionable array of the
most approvee ideas and conceptions in
spring millinery were very much admired
by those who .acoepted the invitation to
call and. see them. Conspiortens among
the new trimmings is very large, =tuba

large black ' hat with rows and chiffon,
which was perhaps :the "swellest" in the
show moth. The entire .showroom is re-,

and Miss Randall, in the beautiful arrange-

and were .very cordial and attentive to all.
