witla a mess of early potatoes. They
were of the Rose of the North variety
and the seed which was purchased
from Rennie of Toronto, was planted
just five weeks ago. -The King Gard-
ener rightly thinks his pretty rapid
growth and by Dominion Day expects
to be able to supply his patrons more
extensively than at present, He .also
has field peas out in pod and looking
very well. Mr. Allenson always makes
a point of tieing first in the market.
