The majority of fanners who bare •
sheep and lambs to sell are probably
aware that the largest and, hest market
• for this class of stock is Buffalo. The
• greater pert of the purchases here are °
for that market. For a few years past.
the Buffalo dealers have. complained
about the large proportton of buck -
Iambs shipped from this particular '
tem. The local buyers have been °blip ,
ed to accept a lower price for all bucks
and alreadythey have been notified
that a still greater reduction willbe

season, fbe result will be that farmers

• have to accept lower prices for them.
We understand the difference between
the price of bucks and ewe lambs :will
this year be from 75c. to 81.00 percwt.
