Councit resumed; $y -law No. 6. of
1891, was repealed, and a new bylaw
` `' passed, regulating the Appointment of
the committees.
The council then appointed the fol-
lowing as the striking committee to

The council then AdJ'ourned till 3
p.m., at which hour they resumed,
and the Striking committee reported
