HARVEST HOME. —The annual Har-
vest Home, service was held in Trinity
•on Sunday, when Rev. Mr Lowe, of
Wingham, officiated. He preached
two powerful sermons, morning and
evening, and he had a fine audi-
ence in the, morning, but an overflow
atnight. He held his hearer's atten-
tion throughout. The reverend gen-
tlemen is such a placid and kind Speak-
er -that his hearers could not help but
be interested. No doubt he will often
be called to assist on such occasions.
The collections, which were in behalf
-of the charch debt, amounted to $150.
NOTES.—MrJohn Rigsby, of Detroit,
is visiting friends of his here at pres-
ent. John Kerney was a visitor in
town on Sunday. Master Ira Young,
of Hensall, formerly of this place, is
visiting friends here at present. Rev.

being unwell again; the service was
withdrawn in the evening owing to
the Harvest Home service in Trinity
church. Mr A. E. Brdawin is in Tor-
