Mrs. Thomas Moore, of Hitwksville, spent a day in Clinton last week, while on her way to Howick, to attend the funeral of the late Mrs. Thos. Taylor. Mrs. Win. Robertson accompanied her from Clinton. Mr. Geo, Emerson, Ginferich, wits in town a couple of days last week and flow here went to Tt.ronto Thursday evening to attend the animal meeting of the C. W.A. held next day.
