Halifax, N. S., March 23.—Alout
four o'clock this morning fire was
discovered in Dominion No. 1 colliery
at (lace Bay, and tip to mislnigh1

It was stated that officials had every

explosion following a shot. The fire
broke out virtually between shifts.
