J'osep'h Nihcon is the proprietor of the' only hetet iu the village of Whiteclatirch, ands is known to • the wilple countryside as a man who thoroughly understands his business, Bald a jovial companion as well. His story, as told a reporter of the Wiugham Advance, Who recently had occasion to visit his hciate ry, will prove of interest. I suffered a great deal more from the trouble than anyone who has not been • Similarly affected can imagine. How 1 "I was helping dig out the cellar." was cured is even more interesting. One day I saw a, neighbor whom; L knew had rheumatism very bad, run- ningdown the road. I called hien and askd what. had cured his rheurnat.ism. Dr. Williams' Pink Pills he promptly replied, and that determined me to try the same remedy. Well, the result is Pink Pills cured me, and that is some- thing other medicines failed to do. I don't know what is in thein, but I do know that Pink Pills is a wonderful medicine. And it is not only in my own- ase," continued Mr. Nixon, "that I reason to be grateful for what the' 'edicine has done. My son, Fred, about twelve years of age, was taken with an attack of cold." Inflainmation of the lungs set in and as he was recovering from this, other complica- tions followed which developed into St. Vitus dance, which got so bad that he could not possibly stand still. We gave him Dr. William' Pink Pills, with the result that he is now thor- oughly cured, and looks as though he had never had a day's sickness in his life, and if these facts, which are known to all the neighbors, will he of benefit to anyone else, you are at liberty to publish then." • Dr. Williams' Pink Pills are a specific for all diseases arising from an irn- pol-erished condition of the blood or a shattered condition of the nervous forces, such as St. Vitus dance, locomo- tor ataxia, rheumatism, paralysis, sciatica, the after effects of la grippe, loss of appetite, headache, dizziness, chronic erysipelas, scrofula. etc. They are also a specific for the troubles peculiar to the female system, correct - mg irregularities, suppressions and all forms of female weakness, building anew the blood, and restoring the glow of health to pale and sallow cheeks. The rapidity with which bicycle rac- ing has sprung into popularity is one of the most striking teatures in the world of sport to -day, and in this cols: nection the racing tournament under auspices of the Stratford Bicycle Club on Tuesday, August`27, is attracting widespread attention. • The League of American 1\ heehnen, the United States organization corresponding with the Canadian Wheelmen's Association iu this country ip this year running a series of race meets through Canada. But seven places will he visited, and the Stratford Club has been fortunate enough to secure one of the dates, Aug. 27. L. Smith, as representing the lay- men and it must be granted that clergymen and laymen are of one mind touching this truly meritorious medi- cine. The truth is that every one who uses the medicine has a good word to say for it. One short pull of the breath through the blower, supplied with each bottle of Dr. Agnew's Catarrhal Powder, diffuses this powder over the surface of the nasal passages. The Geo. E. Tuckett & Son Co., of Hamilton, have tahen the platter in hand and intend prosecuting the offen- ders.
