It is a. mistake to continually dose
yourself with so -caned laxative pins,
calomel, oil, purges and cathartics
and force bowel action. It weakens
the bowels and liver and. makes con-
stant (hieing necessary.
Why don't you begitt right today to
• overcome your constipation, and get
your system in such shape that daily
purging will be unnecessary.? You
• can do so if you get a 25e box of
• Nature's Remedy (NR Tablets) and
take one each night for a week or so.
• NR Tablets do much more than
merely cause pleasant easy bowel ac-

digestive as well as eliminative organs
A --promotes good. di:Testion, causes the
body to get tho nourishment from all
the food you eat, gives you a good,
bearty appetite, strengthens the liver,
overcomes biliousness, regulates kidney
and bowel action and gives the whole
body a ,thorough cleaning out. This
accomplished you win not have to take
medicine every day. An occasional Ntt
tablet will keep your body in condi-
tion and you can always feel your best.

Too Much American
It is about thee that some of the Sun-
day School papers coming into this coun.
try had a little mote --or a great deal
more -Canadian touch to them. There
are many schools where all tfie papers are
American edited and 'stinted. For iri-
stance, one has a story of 'How Atnerica
broke the world's ship-buildieg record,"
and other stories tell of performances of
Ike character. There are columns of ads.
asking boys to become salesmen for every-
thing from Easter cards to bicycleele
fact, the range takes in the sale or watch-
es, flash lights, rings, groceries from a
mail order house; luminous paint, U. S.
ernlY suits for boys, air rifles, careerat,
etc. The paper is well calculated to start
any boy between the ages of I) and: 12 out
