MONTREAL LIVE STOCK MARKETS
At the East End Abattoir Monday morning
there was a fair attendance of butchers and live
stock dealers. The offerings of stock were fairly
large, and, with a good demand, satisfactory

60 sold as low as Sic. There were no export cattle
14 sold. In the way of small stock the offering

calves, 400 sheep and lambs, 60 lean hogs and a

00 —Calves, .01 to $4; sheep, $2.50 to $5; lambs, $2
50 1 'to $3.50; lean hogs, $3 to $8 each.
