Brook. It appears he retired the night
previous in good heal.n and slept sound
until hie wife arose in the nlirning when
he expresseed a wish of remaining in bed
for awhile. Mrs. Brook left the room
and returned aga'n within half en• hour,
finding him, as she thought, .•hasping,
:and not wishipg to molest him 1, ft the
room, but on returning the next time
was horrified to find him dead. Deceas-
ed wirked the day previous end showed
no eigna of ill health. He was 68 years,
.6 months and 20 days of age.

post has been planted in the present lino of fence
between the lands at present owned 1» Edward
Dinelet and Thomas Cooper, respectively ; thence
Easterly along the said line of fence between the
said last mentioned properties, a distance of one
hundred and ono feet six Inches, more or less, to
an angle In the same, which said last mentioned

and a lino drawn at right angles or square with
the West side of Albert Street and starting from
the Woet side of Albert Street at a distance of

the intersection of the said West side of Albert

square or at right angles with Aliert Street a

Albert Street ; thence South along the West side
cf Albert Street one hundre'' and sixteen feet,
five inches, to the place of beginning.
Upon the said premises are said to he erected
some small frame buildings.

abstract of title or to produce any abstracts of
title, title reeds, or copies thereof or any other
