the morning he took a glees of ice water

—Last Saturday John Wilson was ar-
raigned before Hie Honor Judge Ardagh,
at Barrie, charged with indecent assault
on a little girl near Clever Hill. He
pleaded guilty to the charge and was
sentenced to two mouths imprisonment
and to receive 24 lashea, ]2 of whlob
yrereedtninistered at the jail on Monday.
'He was terribly frightened and yelled
for dear life. He gets the other 12 on
June lltb.
