Bishop; Agnes Woodburn, Hay Brae and D. and J. McNair, all claiming to be -too high assessed. After hearing the patties and their witnesses it was moved by Edward Bryans, seconded by Wm-, Brown, that A. Bishop's assessment be reduced $100, and that no &Iteration- be made in Agnes Woodburit's assessment.- -Carried. Moved by A. Hislop, sec- onded by Walter Oliver, that the assess, merits of D. and j.
