The superintendent, Mr. CI. M. Robert-
son, presided, and the program was ea
follows: Chorus by the Primary depart-
ment; music by the Harmonica Band of
Victoria school; a play by 'Miss IL Coop-
er's dass; a ohorus by Miss Wark's class:
a Chrtstmas story by Catharine Mur-
ray; a selection by the orchestra, con-
sisting of George Ran, Worthy Ryan and
the two Alibi boys; recitation...by Donald
Shearclown; chorus by Miss Jackson's
•Wass; a tableaux representing a scene
from the Hearst hospital where Miss
Moffat of the „North street congregation
is engaged, by Mrs. Howell's class: a duet
by Mrs. Henderson and Mrs. Barbour ;

and recitative parts were taken by Miss
Edrie Tye, Miss Margaret Pentland and
Mrs. R. Henderson, and a quartet num-
ber by Messrs. Wheeler, Curry, Buchan -
and and Henderson. Other vocal num-
bers In the service were quartet and solo,
"In Reverent Awe" (The Adoration)
Nevin, by Misses Hume, Tee, Dale 4Tici
Buchanan and a solo, "Pilgrim of the
Night," by Miss Margaret Pentland. The
loose offering id this service was for the
choir fund.
ICnox Presbyterian Sunday school ser-
vice on Sunday was in charge of the
missionary comndttee, the offering being
collected for the budget committee of the
church for national and overseas mis-
sions. Lantern slides entitled "The Little
Brown rother," being the story of the
Trull= schools and residences of the
Canadian Wilt, were shown, Mrs, Albert
Taylor reading the story. A quartette by
members of the Mission Band was pret-
tily sung by Ruth Drier, Janet Taylor,
John Milne and Billy Duckworth. Mrs.
